Want it deleted?
It all gets deleted

Three ways to delete data we hold, depending on how much you want gone. All of them work without talking to anyone, and all of them apply even if you are not a paying customer.

Disconnecting a social network

The fast route, and what most people are looking for. Disconnecting revokes our permission to publish to the account and deletes the platform data that came from it.

  • Open the dashboard and choose Settings → Connections.
  • Next to the network you want to disconnect, press Disconnect.
  • That is it. There is no extra confirmation step and no waiting period.

Posts that were already published stay on your account on the social network. They are yours, and we do not delete them. If you want them taken down, that is done inside the network itself.

Deleting platform data

If you want to delete everything that reached us from the social networks but keep the account active, send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Platform data deletion”, from the email you signed up with.

What gets deleted:

  • The connected account IDs, usernames and avatars.
  • The performance metrics we collected on the posts we published for you: views, likes, comments, shares, saves and watch rates.
  • The record of Facebook group posts made through the extension.

Deleting the whole account

Full deletion. Send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”, from the email you signed up with. This deletes the account details, the business details, all the content you uploaded, all the content we created for you, and all the platform data.

Revoking access from the network itself

You do not have to go through us. You can revoke our permission directly inside the social network, and it takes effect immediately:

Revoking from the network immediately ends our ability to publish. The data we hold from that account is deleted automatically within 30 days, or immediately if you send a request under section 2.

How long it takes

  • Disconnecting from the dashboard · immediate.
  • A deletion request by email · acknowledged within 7 business days, carried out within 30 days, with a completion confirmation sent by email.
  • Backups · encrypted backup copies are deleted in the next backup cycle, no later than 90 days.
