Why we need this document
LunSoul Social lets your business reach hundreds of thousands of people with the help of artificial intelligence. This tool is powerful, and its influence on public opinion is real. To protect the audience’s trust and the platform’s stability, there are some things we will not allow on our system, even when they are technically possible.
These rules apply to everyone who uses the service. If you are not sure whether something crosses the line, ask us first, at [email protected]. We answer within 48 hours.
Our values, not up for debate
Before any legal clause in this document, there are two red lines we do not negotiate. They apply always: when the user is paying, when the message is wrapped in “humor”, and when it is dressed up as a legitimate opinion:
These rules override every other clause in this document, and any artistic or “free speech” justification offered. If they do not sit well with the message you want to spread, our service is not for you, and there is no point trying to get around them with creative phrasing.
Human identity and impersonation
With the system you can create a presenter that looks and talks like a person. That bears directly on questions of identity, so the rules are explicit:
- A presenter that looks like a real person may be created only of yourself, or of a person who gave written consent. You may not build a presenter of someone else without their permission.
- A presenter of a public figure (a politician, an artist, a celebrity, a journalist, a rabbi, a media personality) is completely forbidden, even if the message seems harmless to you.
- Imitating a competitor’s employee or another business is forbidden as well, including a presenter posing as a copy of that person.
- Synthesized voices must be your own, or from our official voice library. You may not upload a recording of another person’s voice without their consent.
Misleading information and promises that cannot be kept
Your audience trusts what it sees online. The system cannot be used in the service of deliberate deception:
- Medical promises not based on the approval of a qualified medical body.
- Income promises and financial promises of the “earn 50,000 ₪ a month” kind, pyramid schemes, investments promising returns.
- Content impersonating a news page, a government directive, a notice from the Tax Authority, a real bank or insurance company.
- Political election content falsely attributed to a party or a candidate who did not approve it.
- Presenting a product that does not exist, a promotion that does not exist, or a package that is not valid on the day of publication.
Offensive, violent and illegal content
The system must not be used to produce or distribute content that includes:
- Antisemitism, anti-Israeli content and Holocaust denial. Any content that incites against Jews, against the citizens of Israel, against the State of Israel, or that denies the Holocaust. See also section 2.
- Homophobia, transphobia and incitement against the LGBTQ community. Any content that incites against, demeans, or justifies harm to members of the LGBTQ community, on grounds of sexual orientation or gender identity. See also section 2.
- Incitement to violence, racism, sexual violence, or terrorism.
- Content meant to harass, shame or threaten a private individual.
- Sexually explicit content, and above all any content involving minors in any context whatsoever.
- Distribution of dangerous materials: poisons, weapons, illegal drugs, explosive recipes.
- Illegal activity: unlicensed gambling, fraud, human trafficking.
Copyright, trademarks and logos
Uploading content to the system is your declaration that you hold the rights to it. In particular, you may not:
- Upload another company’s logo, image or video and publish it without a license.
- Ask the system to create a logo identical to a competitor’s registered trademark (“make me a Nike logo”).
- Distribute another creator’s complete creative work (a song, a clip, a booklet) without consent.
- Make commercial use of free internet templates whose license forbids such use.
The system maintains mechanisms that filter the use of protected logos and public figures, but the filtering is not perfect. Even if you managed to get around it, the legal responsibility is yours.
Other people’s privacy
Customers, employees, guests at the business, people on the street. Their details are theirs, not yours. When using the system:
- Do not upload photos and videos of identifiable people without their consent, even when it seems like “just a cute picture”.
- Do not show phone numbers, home addresses or ID numbers of specific customers in a post.
- When showing a satisfied customer in a testimonial, get their signed consent to use the photo and the name.
Integrity in the system
The system is built on credits, processing queues and fair sharing between all users. Actions meant to game the mechanism hurt everyone:
- Do not open repeat accounts under different emails to get more free trials.
- Do not reverse-engineer our interfaces, and do not run automated scripts that hammer our servers.
- Do not share the user account with people outside your business, including organizations (Agency) not registered under the same company.
- Do not use free credits granted for a specific campaign outside what was defined.
The social networks set rules too
When we publish for you on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, the post must comply with the relevant network’s rules. If the network removes content or blocks the account, we cannot bring it back, only offer to produce different content within their rules.
Among other things, the networks forbid misleading clickbait, ads not marked as ads, and direct promotion of certain products (hard alcohol, gambling, weapons, dietary supplements). If your line of business is sensitive, contact us and we will work out the right route together.
What happens if you break the rules
The scale, by severity:
- An email warning · the violation flagged, an explanation of the required fix, a 7-day window to fix it.
- Removal of specific content · we take down the problematic video or post, and update you.
- Suspension of automatic publishing · you keep creating content, but every post requires your manual approval, pending the team’s review.
- Account suspension · access to the account is blocked. No refund for a period already paid.
- Permanent closure and a block on re-registration · in cases of criminal content, distribution of public figures, or an attack on the system. In these cases we also cooperate with law enforcement.
Saw something? Tell us
If you came across content produced in the system that harms you, or suspect someone is misusing the tool, write to [email protected] with a link to the post and an explanation. We review every report within 48 hours, and act according to the scale above.
The identity of whoever reported is kept confidential from the person reported on. In cases of suspected crime we may disclose details subject to a demand from a competent authority.
